Wyndham Hills Builder Spotlight – February Edition – Redstone Design

Redstone Design has been working in the Wyndham Hills community the last few years designing custom homes for their clients. Currently, Redstone has two homes under construction in Wyndham Hills. One is on Greystone Road and the other is on Cobblestone Court.

Redstone believes every home is one-of-a-kind. Since they build just a few homes each year, clients appreciate their attention to detail and communication they provide throughout the process. Redstone’s philosophy is to be personally involved throughout the design and build process, exceeding their clients expectations along the way.

Redstone’s process begins by locating the perfect lot, and Wyndham Hills is a great development to start your lot search. Once a lot is selected, Jim and his team walk it with their clients and use their experience to provide suggestions on the best placement of the home. During the home material selections phase of the planning process, they help their clients consider elements to make their home unique and special.

Redstone meets with their clients on-site several times during the build process. They discuss the construction progress and get client approval during key phases of the building process. Once the plan has turned into a home, clients can be sure that it will be just the way they designed it!
