General Lot Type Descriptions

  • WO - Walkout Lot:

    A walkout lot (WO) allows access to the backyard from the lower level. The grade slopes down and away from the front-yard enough to allow for above grade lower level exterior.

  • LO - Lookout Lot:

    A Lookout Lot (LO) allows for windows to be at or above grade out the back of the home.

  • SLO - Side Lookout Lot:

    A Side Lookout Lot (SLO) allows for windows to be at or above grade out the side of the home.

  • FB - Full Basement

    A Full Basement Lot (FB) means the Lower Level windows to be at or below grade and require window wells.

  • SWO

    A Side Walkout Lot (SWO) allows for access to the side yard because it is at or above grade.
